1–inch knob fresh ginger, peeled 

DIRECTIONS Add all ingredients to Vitamix or high-powered blender and mix well. Enjoy 2-3 hours before activity.

BEET REFUEL SMOOTHIE
A refreshing, post workout smoothie that is perfectly balanced with nutrition and especially satisfying after a long run, bike ride, or hike.
INGREDIENTS
½ cup chopped or shredded carrots
1 medium green apple, diced
