5 PILLARS OF HEALTH

To all my fantastic customers and fellow Rebels. I learned over many years that the basis to good health is nutrition. BUT given the soils’ depletion and our less than perfect diets, we simply do not get all the 90 essential nutrients we need for optimal health. Keep in mind that the chemical processes in the body are a chain of events. You don’t have to be generally deficient. If you are missing one key component, the body cannot run the metabolism chain. A perfect example is diabetes which can be caused by chromium deficiency in spite of otherwise perfect dietary habits. So, thanks to Dr. Peter Glidden and my friends at My Total Nutrition I’ve revamped my own program. You cannot rely on pills. You need total balanced nutritional supplementation augmented with herbals for the problems specific to you. I have also added some items that I believe will help protect against vaccine damage and the current spate of bioweaponeered “dis-eases”.
My program in a nutshell: I use the Mighty 90 Plus for the 90 essential nutrients. (If you don’t like the sweetness, you can add a little fresh lemon and maybe substitute more of the liquid minerals for a little less of the tangy tangerine.) I have taken Carbon-60 for heavy metal detox and mitochondrial anti-oxidation for years. Now I have added Good Herbs adrenal support, and recently Sweet Eze™ because I was having signs of early blood sugar problems. (I can probably get off that when my chromium levels are corrected.) Vitamin D is critical, but now I offer it in an improved spray form that can be used for children and adults. And finally, I use the Immune Stack for protection against the psychopaths running the worlds medical system. It may also help those who are vaccinated to preserve their immune system.
